Scotland's award winning baroque ensemble and vocal consort seeks a General Manager (from mid 2008).
Long recognised as "a group that has done so much to transform the vocal life of Scotland" (The Herald) the Dunedin Consort has attracted international attention with the Classic FM Gramophone Award for its critically acclaimed recording of Handel's Messiah. That success has now been followed by the Baroque Music Award at the Midem Classical Awards announced in Cannes in January 2008.
The Consort now seeks a General Manager with commitment and entrepreneurial flair to match that of the artistic directors. The challenge is to build on the Consort's success and take its work to audiences worldwide from its base in Scotland.
